Why do I do what I do? Why solar energy?

I want to be optimistic about the future. I want to know that I can make a difference in that future, my future, your future, our future. I want to ensure that the energy people need to make their lives richer is available and achievable.
In the past, people thought that technology would save the day. But recently, the thought was that technology would be our downfall. I want to convey that it is HOW technology is used that will make the difference. I've always tried to look for solutions where everybody wins. We don't have to take from someone else the have what we need or want.

Bright Futures Solar was founded by brothers who wanted to empower the community we grew up in. The best way to do that was to get down and dirty with clean energy. Bright Futures is built on eight year and over six megawatts of solar experience. That's enough to power 4,500 homes with safe sustainable, clean energy. When we saw the need for energy independence, we didn't call the marketing reps or sales team. We went out and installed home power systems..
